Wearing Masks & Other Precautions

Students & Staff:

Great job making sure you are entering and exiting the school wearing a mask.  If you find you need a break from your mask occasionally, then be sure you're physically distancing from others before you temporarily remove it.

And a reminder to hand sanitize when you first enter the school and classrooms.

We've done well thus far at keeping our school at Level 2 (wearing masks but meeting to learn in the classroom).  Viruses beware...this is Tornado alley!

Be sure when you sit down at your chair and work area that the disinfectant spray is dry.  We have had concerns that it can ruin clothes by taking the colour out of them.  Be careful with the hand sanitizer too and try not to let it drip on your clothes as it too will take the colour out.  Bus students will want to do the same.  Don't sit down if your seat is wet.

In addition, please make a better effort to get your disposable masks into the garbage when you're done with them.  We sure are finding a lot on the playground (along with a lot of lunch garbage).  Clean up after yourselves!
